For solo harp (or other instrument of choice as a performer might adapt it), this slow meditation relies on a single pedal setting, the key of B flat with the lowered sixth, G flat. Only two tonal regions -- I and IV -- are employed in this minimalist musing. The text citation at the top of this single page score is somewhat explanatory.
