A rhythmic introduction to the main theme comes to a cadence with perhaps a little ritardando and then the theme takes hold. Open arpeggios accompany, and the rhythmic theme outlines additional episodic materials.

 

 

The brisk fugue takes up the swingtime's theme, and then moves quickly from statement to answer and back.
