The sharper, dotted rhythms, marcato and major-minor seven chords of the opening announce a darker blues feel to this swingtime than some of the others in this ongoing collection.  

 

 

The fugue subject, as with others, is accompanied at the outset and small major-minor seven chords make short episodic fragments between tonic subject and dominant answer.
