The collection -- Sammlung Koch-Wallner 1935-1937, from the Tiroler Volksliedarchiv of the Tiroler Landesmuseum -- contains hundreds of tunes collected in that era, making a wonderful archive now available online for those interested. From the collection, number 105, treated wholly as a lively pizzcati "fest." There are a number of variant to texts for the title, as well as a number of folk melodies different from this on collected in 1936.
