Little Prelude and Fugue in D flat major - (2019)   

 

Parallel triads, most in inversion, carry the melodic content for the prelude mostly on black notes.

 

 

 

The fugue echoes the prelude's top voice for a subject of three related phrases, then answered at the dominant region. Stretti within the regions adds to the lengthening of the treatment of this phrase.
